| Tom Waits來自美國加州的藍調歌手、作曲家，生於 1949年，曾經得過兩座 Grammy Award (1992 Best Alternative Album - Bone Machine , 1999 Best Folk Album -Mule Variations )。他特殊沙啞的嗓音及音樂曲風，可說是獨樹一格。他發跡於聖地牙哥及洛杉磯一帶，早期常於一些小酒館表演，或許因而使他能很深刻地描繪出都會夜生活的模樣及氛圍。這首曲子來自他 1974 年的同名專集《 Heart Of Saturday Night 》，本曲在 2007 年也被爵士女歌手 Dianna Krall 翻唱收錄於她的《 The Very Best Of Dianna Krall 》 專集中。 |
